Our wedding day at Saugeen Golf Club was a dream! The picturesque landscape of Saugeen Golf Club along with the stunning selection of ceremony sites, the patio, and the clubhouse made the perfect place for us to say "I do" and create our memorable day.
SGC offers an incredible selection of options related to every aspect of a wedding day that allowed us to completely personalize our event. The team ensured that our day was everything we wanted it to be and that each part ran smoothly, from set up to take down and all the pieces in between. Marissa and her staff worked tirelessly as our day approached to confirm details, calm nerves, make decisions, and guarantee a happy beginning of our "Happily Ever After". Marissa helped my partner & I to nail down everything, from the larger scale items like the ceremony site, menu, bar options and the day's schedule to the minute details like napkin colours, reception set up, and decor.
The staff at Saugeen Golf Club were professional, polite and very willing to help in serving the needs of ourselves and our guests. The SGC staff also did something I did not expect; they created the perfectly positive, fun, and celebratory atmosphere that made our day even more flawless. The endless mouthwatering food options and service styles were hard to choose between but were considerate of dietary restrictions and allergies. The ideal serving sizes of delicious food left all our guests feeling satisfied, and we heard only great things from everyone there! Our compliments to the chef! The bar was fully stocked with an impeccable inventory of beverages, alcoholic and non; everyone could find a favourite drink or a new spirit to wet their whistle.

On July 7, 2019, Saugeen Golf Club hosted an important birthday party for us, and I am writing so you know that we had a wonderful time. It was a small affair, but we were treated very nicely.
]
First, the setting was fantastic. There were umbrellas for shade and the tables were set beautifully. It reminded us of the setting for a wedding.
Second, the service was wonderful. Our host, Marissa, did a great job of looking after us. She was attentive and courteous, helping to serve when necessary and answering questions cheerfully. The other staff members were also very courteous and helpful. Everyone was very friendly.
Third, the food was superb. Executive Chef Randy Felker prepared a really nice meal and the special birthday cake, covered in strawberries, was delicious.
And finally, we were very lucky to have outstanding weather as a bonus. The scenery from the balcony is lovely, and on a special summer evening, it was certainly appreciated.
As you can see, we had a great time. Our sincere thanks to the staff for the great job they did to make our birthday party very special indeed.

I just wanted to send a quick thank you for all your help with our wedding! Your team was incredible! The day went without any hitches (at least that I know of), the food was incredible, the service was great - your wait staff were really friendly and accommodating. My mom was enjoying watching the bartenders dancing behind the bar at one point in the night.
Thank you so much to Amanda also - she was so helpful and kept me calm Friday night when I started to feel a little stressed.
We had SO many compliments on the food and please pass that along to Randy - the food was exactly what we wanted!
